• Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.
   
• You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.
   
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
   
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any session, with prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
